Here’s a little special we’ll be doing some Monday Nights during the year. I can’t guarantee I’ll be picking every Monday Night Game as some games just won’t fit my guidelines, but tonight both games do.
I’m going with the RAVENS +3 vs BENGALS! BUY THE HALF POINT TO GET +3!
I’m going with the NINERS -3 vs CARDINALS!
The Ravens I feel have a little chip on their shoulder after having lost at home to the Colts last year when they were favored. After all they did go 13-3 last year and have one of the best D’s in the league. I like this game despite the fact that Cincy is 4-2 ATS vs the Ravens their last 6 meetings. Cincy’s O-line is in transition and is going to have difficulty with the Blitz schemes of the Ravens. I don’t like the Cincy D as they are a small bunch on the D-Line and their good Linebackers are suspended or injured, Odell Thurman and David Pollack. Although Carson Palmer has played well in the past against the Ravens, he’s had Time to stand in the pocket. Tonight with the offensive line in transition I don’t see him having the time needed to pick apart a secondary that can give up big plays.
Take the Ravens at +2.5 and Buy the Half Point to +3. YOU NEED TO GET THAT EXTRA HALF POINT ON YOUR SIDE!
In the late game tonight: San Fran 49ers -3 vs Arizona Cardinals
I’m taking the 49ers -3 at home!
I like the additions the 49ers have made the past couple of drafts and off-seasons. Getting CB Nate Clements to shut down either WR Larry Fitzgerald or WR Anquan Boldin should help give the 49ers 3-4 points in the game. Their D is improving and although they won’t be mistaken for the Steelers or Bears D, I think they have more on that side of the ball than the Cardinals do. The Cardinals have beaten the 49ers the past 4 games and don’t think that is lost on Head Coach Mike Nolan. The 49ers are 11-3 SU in their past 14 Home Openers and the Cardinals are 2-5 ATS when playing the 49ers in San Francisco.
PLAY ON THE 49ers at -3 vs the Cardinals. I would PASS ON THIS GAME IF YOU CAN’T GET IT AT -3, BUY THE HALF POINT IF NEED BE TO INSURE -3!
