While our sports betting blog has been operational for a little over a month now, it was always our intention to kick off the season with some major promotion for all our loyal readers and would be readers (read: shamelessly drum up publicity for the blog). As we got a bit of a late start due to some last minute technical problems, however, we had to hold off for a little longer then we would have liked. With football season under way and the calendar changing from September to October we figured it was as good a time as any to announce our first big blog contest: The chance to win a 42″ Plasma Flat Panel HDTV.
The prize - as pictured above - is a delicious new Samsung 42″ 720p Flat Panel Plasma HDTV (click the link to read up on the specs). It retails for about $1,500 but it can be yours for free. Hell, we’ll even cover the cost of shipping!
How To Enter For A Chance To Win:
All you have to do to enter is simply write a blog post about our contest on your blog and link to our home page as well as our contest page using anchor text which includes the phrase Sports Betting. For instance…
“Hey, the sexy ladies over at Hot Chicks Hot Picks Sports Betting are running a cool promotion on their blog. All you have to do is write about it linking to their site with the anchor text sports betting. This is my entry. I hope I win!”
…OR…
“Hey, the foxy bloggers over at Hot Chicks Hot Picks are turning into the number one source on the web for sports betting information and commentary. They’re running a contest this month to win a FREE 42″ Flat Panel Plasma HDTV. All you have to do is link to their site from yours and you’re in! My God, these girls are like Oprah, only sexier!”
You get the picture. After you’ve blogged about the contest, just send us an e-mail with the link to your post and we’ll enter your blog for a chance to win. Each weekend we’ll post the list of sites that have been entered in the contest. Deadline for submissions is October 31st, and we’ll announce a winner on November 1st. Good luck, boys!
And to those of you wondering how we’re able to afford such a promotion, let’s just say we know a guy who knows a guy that knows a truck that jack-knifed outside of Newark. Either that or one of our fathers is a regional manager for a chain of Best Buys. Either/or. Take your pick.
